The pilot
Eight weeks. Shadow mode. Nothing switched on until the numbers say so.
Shadow mode means agents propose and your people decide exactly as they do today, in their own tools. We measure agreement per action class. You choose what to switch on after that.
What happens
- Scope and connectWe agree desks, markets and the rulebook rows that apply to you, and connect read access through your PAM or back office. Hosting, model providers and the DPIA are settled before any of your data moves.
- Agents proposeFor each item your people work, the agents record what they would have done and why, in the same decision-pack format. Nothing is written to your platform.
- People decide as todayYour team keeps working in the tools they know. We do not ask them to change their routine.
- We measure agreementFor each action class we report how often the agent’s proposal matched the person’s decision, where they differed, and who was right when it was reviewed. Disagreements are reviewed with your compliance function.
- Switch on, desk by deskWhere agreement supports it, you move an action class from off to propose to auto under a limit, inside the autonomy matrix. Anything the matrix reserves for a person stays with a person.
This is our proposed outline, to be agreed with each operator. We have not yet run a pilot with an operator, so we publish no pilot results.
What you get at the end
- An agreement report per action class, with the disagreements listed.
- A view of which decisions would have reached a person under the matrix, and which would have run alone.
- A written position on each class: stay off, propose only, or switch on.
What we need from you
- A named sponsor and a compliance contact.
- Read access to the data the chosen desks use, through your PAM or back office.
- A few hours from desk leads to review disagreements.
